Project Proposal
SUMMARY
Seekor is a networking site for fans of music and the artists themselves. Seekor is mainly being developed for unknown artists to post their music and or videos to spread the word about themselves in hopes to gain a fan base, notoriety, and maybe even a record deal. Also artists will be able to post events where they will be performing at.
Fans will be able to make a profile and make a playlist of music they like in hopes to spread the word about these artists they like.
TARGET AUDIENCE
The target audience for seekr.fm are males and females 18-35. Though the majority of the visitors are probably going to come from the middle of that age group. These people are very interested in experiencing and sharing new music with friends. They also enjoy experiencing the live aspect of music as well. This includes concerts and music festivals.

Jimmy is a 25 year old film student. He recently started attending school because was sick and tired about sitting at home with a dead end job and had a passion for well thought out Films. He is an avid movie goer and listens to music 24/7. He's an average student, but passionate about movies and music. Jimmy is easy going and free spirited. He enjoys new experiences: discovering new music, new food, new places to hang out and explore. He also enjoys learning new things and about new culture. When he can he will be outside whether its for school or just for leisure outside is where he wants to be. That was a big reason he decided to move to L.A. and the fact thats where you have to be to make it in the Motion Picture industry. His online experience is usually being and Facebook or Myspace keeping up with friends from back home in New Jersey. While online he tries to discover new music and new independent films to enjoy. |
